My old Mk3 Golf has been resting for a while and to say it's got a bit of mould in it is a superb understatement; both fron seats, carpets, dash and steering wheel are literally covered with mould!!

Any ideas how to get rid?? And how to keep it gone??

Any help really appreciated.....!

Get it professionally steam cleaned inside and use it in future.

Something like this one I did a while back....?

A good all-purpose cleaner and brushes on the hard plastics, and a deep-clean with wet-vac and steam cleaner for the soft stuff.

It will probably also be worthwhile following that up with an "odour-bomb" to clean out the heating and cooling system - Get an "Air Con Cleaner" can from Halfords if you can't get if from anywhere else.

Oh, and it's probably advisable to wear a mask when doing it.....

Or of course, you could pay someone else to do it for you wink
