Not taken the cap off yet as its almost full. Pump has been tested and was not flowing enough. Might aswell replace fuel lines and filter while I'm doneing the pump
If your ARV is faulty (or stuck) then the fuel won't pour out unless you remove the cap as the air has no other way to get in? You should have a small amount come out initially but the vacuum should hold it.
iff you keep the alloy fuel filter thats STD to the cars upgrade to a gauze filter as I've seen the paper ones collapse we had this happen on a sidecar at the isle off man tt think there a rennet as aposed to 3 quid demon squeaks sell them
I'd guess the fuel filter is blocked, it's the canister thingy next to the tank. If you clamp off the fuel tank hose, take it off and unscrew it, you can get to the replacable cartridge.
