If you're thinking of titles rather than the actual music, how about

Born to be wild
The devil inside

and of course for the traffic jams - Road to Hell

But for me there's lots of actual music that fits well for crusing, mostly rock....
Queen, Genesis, and others...

I think music choice is a tough one, and everyone will have different choices. You want to hear the noise my lad has "Bangin out" in the car. I think age has a play in your taste of music also. As with my gran she loved and i mean loved Vincent. But would i rush out and buy an album ...no....Its a mater of personal tastes and opions at the end of the day....

My music taste is very wide also, but there was only one Freddie Mercury.......Legend.

Freddie M was indeed a legend.

I had the privilege of seeing Queen live at Maine Road (Manchester City's old ground).

What blew me away, and still does, was when Freddie disconnected himself from all sound equipment, showed this to all the crowd, and then SINGS to the whole stadium. We were near the top of the stand towards the back, and you could hear him quite clearly. Awesome vocal power... and then he challenges the crowd to sing back....

There's a track called "The confessor" by Joe Walsh, which always makes me drive faster, and I reckon it's the music itself (which is wonderful) just bypasses the filters....
but I guess everyone has a track like that in their collection !

Nicely put Rob - I too have varied tastes but GV will always be my top Rocker and Freddie was a unique artist. If you want a mental sound though to go with the roar...Ride of The Valkyrites - the music scares the crap out of everyone else on the road!!

The only music I need (or, indeed, can hear) is "V8 Burble" by Wheeler and Priddle.
