Gloss/Undercoat paint off a driveway

This may sound like a stupid question but it has me baffled

have some japs of dry undercoat/gloss which found there way through dust sheets on my driveway

so far i have tried

Nitromors
Polycell Paint Stripper
White Spirit
Turps
Power washing
Wire brush
Scraping
Burning with a weed burning (it burnt but then the flame disappeared and the bloody jap is still there

all help appreciated
