Notification of when quoted

Think it would be useful to have option of notification when somebody quotes one of your posts.

Would PH consider adding this functionality (or is it in fact possible)?
And would people find it useful?

You can be notified when someone replies to a thread you started.
It can be annoying if it gets lots of replies.
