Continuing on from my previous posts..

Here is my slave..

This appears to be the seal that has failed.. It is showing signs of degradation.

New slave time? Or seals only..?

Can see where the range of movement is..

Can just about make out 'polishing' to the piston 'top' and 'bottom' edges.

Replace the whole slave cylinder whilst its out, make sure the replacement is EXACTLY the same, especially the piston length, use plenty of red grease on the seals when assembling and remove any sharp edges from the slave cylinder components.Check clutch and flywheel condition,if in doubt replace these,if you don`t,you will be doing the job again.....soon.
Good Luck thumbup

Replace the whole cylinder with a Raceproved one. It is much lighter, much better engineered & much better designed not to mention teflon coated.
