V8V rear led indicators

My 2007 V8V came back from the local dealer recently and they had washed it before returning it. I noticed that there was moisture inside the upper lens on the rear lights. Less than 10 days later half the indicator leds on that same rear cluster have failed and a warning appears on the dash. It may not be connected, but I am suspicious.

Is this a common failure?

Is it covered under the AM warranty?

ome dealers replace...some don't.....plenty of red ones on flea bay though...
