Not driven it but regularly drive our excellent 500 Twinair Plus. My M3 owning pal described it as fast as fk but rock hard!

Sound upgrade and 17" turbine alloys. Wanted a basic one to run around in but was tough to resist time 595s sat in Precision showroom...

Basic spec appeals to me as well, keep a simple car simple wink

Any one read any 595 reviews yet?

Perfect 2nd car the Abarth 500, fun factor to 11.

Im a bit of car purist, a bit of nerd, yet really fell in love with Abarth when it came out, its just so honest, its not saying its the most track focused giant slayer of a car, nor that its a 300bhp monster and its not meant to be a car that refines dynamics. Its just fun.

I have a 500 Abarth Essesse to which I have fitted a turbo back big bore exhaust system and fitted Vogtland coilovers.....car is like a rocket. No longer bounces like a kangaroo and exhaust is quieter at idle than standard but quite nice once one presses the loud pedal.

Lovely! I fell in live with a 500 twinair hire car in Ibiza last summer.

Hmmm, wonder if any tuning companies have had their way with one of those? Big turbo, fruity pipe, 0 road tax and loads of character...

I went to see an Abarth at the weekend but it was sold. I am based in sweden and they were not imported here so they are all italien or german imports so they are very rare here. I have found an unusual car which is a Registro fiat italiano special, 50 of them made, which is nice but will wait for the Abarth I think.
50 year old people in the motor trade do not usually think Fiat but I want one, bad

Id be happy with just the fruity exhaust and the looks, a bigger turbo might alther that £0 road tax wink
