I was speaking to an important business associate on messenger one morning, discussing collaboration upon an IT project.

I needed to share some information, and decided to give the client a web link to explain. I copied and pasted the web address of the site into messenger using keyboard shortcuts, and hit enter.

It took me several seconds to realise that Id not copied the web address properly, when to my horror, a link Id copied the previous day (something like ChicksWhoLikeTo.com) appeared on the screen.

I died a thousand deaths, and then a thousand more, it was obvious what had happened

Come on then, lets hear yours, doesnt have to be IT related

You know the site then Roz?

Edited to correct spelling and say, "Roz is right though!"

Actually, mu most embarassing moment is hinted at by my PH name, but it's a big secret.

I did once get grounded on a pedalo in the River Dee and had to get towed out by a passing boat in front of several hundred laughing tourists. (For the record, I wasn't piloting the thing!)

I once wrote a fantastic new computer program which my management raved about so much that they set up a demo with one of the Company Directors. He was due to come and see it in our office at 2pm, but unbeknownst to me had arrived half an hour early, while I was still at lunch. So my boss invited him to leave his hat and coat and go for a walk round the department with him.

Five to two I land back from lunch and see a jacket and flat cap resting on my chair. This was my Boss's normal attire, so believing it to be his I moved it. Unfortunately, at this moment I found myself unable to resist the temptation to give all the lads in the office a quick "roll us your cap Uncle Stan" demonstration!

...Just as the cap-owning Director walked in!

very recently i was seeing a girl who lived with her parents.
went round for the evening and met her parents for the first time.
thought i'd made a good impression with them and at the end of the night i put my sandal thingies on and left.

got a phone call the next morning from this girl who said that her dad was missing a slipper!

looked in the rack and i'd picked up one of my sandal things and one of his slippers and driven home in them!
really really embarrassing!!and i'm still having the piss taken out of me by my mates

I was sorting my hair out one morning, and I went to sweep it back with my hand on one side. Unfortunately I pushed a little too hard, there was this almighty crunching noise, and I couldn't move my head for 6 weeks. I nearly st myself with fear, I was so convinced I'd broke my own neck

Went out to the sandwich van one lunchtime and whilst waiting in line to get lunch one of my holdup stockings decided to give up the ghost and fall down around my knee, wouldn't have minded if I was wearing a long skirt

Zillions of years ago when I was a lad, I worked in a very high class menswear shop. I approached a customer who was looking at ties, 'Can I help you Sir?', all I got was a glower. 'Oh, terribly sorry Madam'. The customer then said 'You were right the first time'.

There was the time (going back a few years) I was 19 or so, and standing at a cash machine with my own mother. We were in a small town, and there was a queue for the ATM of at least 6 or 7 people, and as I whipped out my card, what should come flying out of my wallet but a condom. Very very embarassing indeed, especially at that age

probably this

Or maybe appearing on TV as "a student who is obviously not phased by the protest". How the hell did I know that all those people where protesting? I was listening to my music crossing the street. Upon reflection, it made sense and I shouldn't have stood in the middle of the road wondering what was going on when the camera crew were filming.

Music, it's a very dangerous thing to listen to!

Hmmm, struggling to remember my worst ever, but I went shopping at Tesco the other evening, and when I got home I realised my fly was unbuttoned! Not just one button but the whole lot...luckily they are loose black cargo pants and I had black CKs on so I don't think I gave too much away....but still...

All my embarrasing moments have involved inadvertently exposing myself in public Fortunately I have a good sense of humour and can laugh most things off!

The most embarrassing was the most revealing. I was at my degree show opening and, desperate for a glass of wine, but unable to find a corkscrew, my boyfriend came to the rescue. He forced the cork into the bottle and in the process covered me in red wine. Luckily I lived in the city centre so hastily rushed back to the flat to get changed. So far, so good. As we were going to go onto a club I grabbed my tight-fitting dress, one that clinged to the figure like glue with the the aid of lycra, boning and a carefully concealed zip.

All was not lost as I arrived at the club not too long after everyone else. I made a b-line for the dance floor and was having a great time letting my hair down when I noticed a table of lads taking a particular interest in me. I was a bit perplexed by their stares and noted that the only girl in the group looked rather disgusted. After a few tracks I decided to go back to my friends' table. Imagine my horror as I sat down and noticed that I had, in my haste, forgotten to fasten my zip. This was the sort of dress that left no room for underwear

Other tales of exposure include walking through a hospital ward with JUST my gown on, undone at the back. I was only young at the time so no harm done.

I've also walked through the centre of Nottingham with my skirt tucked into my knickers. When I discovered the blunder in Next I think the sales assistant thought I'd lost my mind as I was hysterical with laughter
