Sorry about all the newbie questions, I have tried the very crap search function on PH!

I have the Aston car cover, is there anyway to securely fasten it (i.e. with padlocks or bike locks). It just seems a bit easy to nick. Don't want to make it too easy for the thieves, especialy considering they are just over £300.
The best I could see was putting a bike chain through the webbing, unfortunately scissors would easily cut that, although maybe that is the best option as just a bit of a deterrent.
I might have missed a secure 'eye' or something like that?

Cheers for your help

Gerry

Gerry, I suppose you could weigh it down with some heavy dumbbells.

Or perhaps, spread a bit of superglue on the inside before use.

You can never be too careful nono

At this level of worry, matey, you are only one step from panic attacks and cold sweats smile

Great ideas, I will try these and report back

It's OK, panic attacks and cold sweats have now stopped as I have arranged a chair in the dining room where I can look out on to the car cover 24 hours a day to ensure no p1key bar steward tries to pilfer it.

Cheers

Gerry - you're from Essex so your problems start and stop with Cockernee.

If you want to come and park at my house near Liverpool, you are more than welcome yes

BTW, my external AMOC cover (Specialised Covers I think) has 6 eyelets (3 each side) for securing with the supplied material.
