2 new cars

Here is a little info about my two most recent purchases. Currently I have an Eunos Roadster 1.6 V Spec and an Alfa Romeo Mito 155TB Veloce.

1. Back in October of last year I was getting pretty fed up with my run of the mill Civic, it had served me well through uni and my post grad studies but needed to go. I couldn't quite afford to replace it completely yet but when the opportunity came up to buy an Eunos for a mere £850 I jumped at the chance.

The car is in incredible condition, has no rust and runs perfectly, in addition it also had a new roof and had only covered 60k (some of that in kilometres too). I paid the asking price and took it away.

I'm still loving driving it, it reminds me of my old 1974 Triumph Spitfire in a way but everything works, it handles brilliantly though I was surprised at how easily the back steps out! Anyway here are some pictures:











2. So onto January 2013. I had just got a promotion at work and I needed something better than the ageing civic. I had been searching the classifieds and test driving cars for months and found nothing that really interested me. Then I stumbled across the Alfa Mito 155TB. I did my research and it looked to be a great car for the daily drive that could still excite on a B road blast, a test drive proved this to be the case.

I picked it up a few weeks ago. It is painted etna black so in the sun it has a really deep flake and looks almost brown/bronze. It's a really lively little car with loads of grip and the turbo makes it surprisingly quick. The alfa DNA system stiffens the suspension and sharpens the throttle response in Dynamic mode which makes for a much more involving drive and it has all the toys necessary for my commute. I'm really pleased with it.







So I'm really pleased with my current fleet, I cant see myself wanting to replace either anytime soon.

For £850 that Eunos Roadster is a huge bargain! Also starting to fall in love with the MITO. Good collection!

It really was a bargain! Pictures don't actually do it justice! Still loving the mito it's a great daily drive.

Just looks very tidy and that interior, wow! Any plans for either of them?

It has been really well looked after, was previously owned by a friend of my girlfriend's family so it is nice to know the history of it.

Nothing will be done to the Mito and very little to the Eunos save that the speakers all need replacing and the windows are slow moving up and down so the motor need a little attention, I am going to have a hunt for a hardtop in the summer too.

Pheww! So glad to hear about the 0 plans apart from what needs doing and obv the hard top. Just keep them exactly how they are and they shall see you well!!
