Brake discs rusty v8 roadster

Looking at the car today only had her a couple of weeks noticed rust on the discs is this normal what do I do to clean them any advice would be grateful

On the pad swept area (normal if not used)
Or the painted hub section (common but easily fixed with some more paint)

Little spots of rust on the disks are normal and are just surface marks. They will not cause a problem and will disappear after you use the brakes for the first time when you drive your car.
The marks are normal as it is just moisture in the air settling on metal. Have a look at any dealers forecourt and you will see exactly the same thing on their cars.

You need to get on the motorway and approach junctions at a decent speed to allow you some 'spirited' braking, as they say in AM circles.
