Spare wheel for M6 (E63)

Having just found a lovely nail in my 15 mile old Michelin Pilot Supersport (right where the sidewall meets the tread so now scrap), i've been thinking about how useful it would be to have a spare wheel for the M6.

Has anyone else bought a spare for there M5/M6? I'm guessing a front wheel is the only option. Does a front fit on the back ok? Just as a "get me home" option.

A front wheel should fit on the back, as the OEM winter option is 18" non-staggered 245/45/18 all-round.

You would of course also need a jack and wheel brace
