I am going to book with this company http://www.grandstandmotorsports.co.uk/ tomorrow unless you regulars have any horror stories.
I'm too old for camping and enjoy my creature comforts, so will be staying in a private house in Le Mans for 6 nights.

the average age in our campsite (TR) must be close to 50

My dad must push the TR campsite average up as he's 74! Mind you I guess the motorhome is a bit more comfortable than a pop up tent.
The older he gets the nearer he wants to be to the track! Hopefully he wont read this as he thinks he's still 54!
:woohoo :
The majority of our group are no longer teenagers but we have not reached our seventies yet, TR is ideal for us, once the camp is set up with chairs, tables gazebo's and decent tents and beds it is so much better than a hotel and right next to the track so within 30 seconds you are watching cars, and it is safe no worries about securityThe older he gets the nearer he wants to be to the track! Storer,
Grandstand Motor Sports is the re-branded name for what was Page & Moy after that company was acquired by All Leisure Group in 2012. I used Page & Moy for LM trips in the mid '90s but switched to Motor Racing International after a couple of years. For the past 10 years or more I've been doing the whole thing for my son and I on a DIY basis, getting tickets from the ACO, and booking a hotel and Channel crossing etc. myself.
If you Google Page & Moy you can read some customer comments.I suspect they may be about normal holiday experiences rather than specifically motor racing tours.

Ok. Fair praise where it is due is fine, but can we call it a day on overtly gushing praise for the various main Le Mans tour operators please? We all know who they are and have our favourites for a myriad of reasons.
Hopefully then we will stop getting endless emails about he said, she said. I think the OP's question has been adequately answered now.
Thank you
