With using the Accumate, my socket has come loose and isn't charging now. Anybody help with how I get to it to fix/check for loose wires?

I removed mine recently and it just does up tight from the front. Stick your finger in it and tighten it up.

Mine came loose recently too. As above, remove speaker, undo three bolts at bottom of door card and you can easily retrieve the dropped socket and screw it back up again. Watch you don't short any of the electrics whilst you're doing it, if you're not going to isolate the battery first.

Plus, you can grease the window mechanism whilst you're in there as a bit of maintenance.

The ciggy lighter loosening itself seems quite common.

Just last week I was told a story about a Chim that did this to itself overnight, and promptly created a dead short.

Lots of smoke & would have burnt the car down if someone wasn't present to catch it.

Food for thought!
