I don't think he is going to go into decline as a chef or lose sight of his art and business due to doing some tv programs - which he has been doing for a few years, I might add. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I love watching him work at any level of cooking, from simpler homecooking like we see on Food and Drink, to the top level stuff we see on Masterchef.

I really like his food and the way he presents his passion for food, watched Food and Drink tonight and liked it.
