996t prices - going up?

Is it my imagination or is this happening? Granted these are advertised prices but there is little good under 25k whereas I'm sure there was 12 months ago.
I notice 911v have an 03 50k up at 29k bug price and there are a couple of private ones around 30.
Missed the boat maybe.

Like all Porsches a good one will command good money a bad one won't.
You'll pick up a titronic with millennium miles and a light grey interior for 20-23 maybe or a nice spec manual for the same which will probably need big money spending on it £5-10k+
They are expensive to put right if they have mechanically been neglected.

Personally i think the values have steadied out now, they have lost most of their residual value, so from a fun supercar point of view you won't lose your shirt providing you source a nice one.
