Hi, lost some gearbox oil from my Citroen C2, I was just wondering if anyone knows the actual grade I need to buy for it? I found on ebay a listing which says C2 and its grade EP75W-90, just wanted to check its right with something quite important like oil.

Ive found the equivalent of that oil on Halfords for £10 a litre, is this likely to drop much with my trade card?

Cheers

Grade sounds about right. 20% off with the trade card on oil, usually.

What does the owner's manual suggest?

Just FYI the official Citroen/Peugeot Total stuff is about £8/litre from the parts desk at the dealer, and exactly what you need to give it.

Yup, a lot cheaper than a new gearbox.
