Hi, had my muffler deleted today by CUSTOM CHROME of Nuneaton. Absolutley amazing modification. Sound is so much better lots of head turning going on on the way home. I went for the 3" pipes in staggered formation. A big big thank you to all you guys who recommended it. And a big big thank you to Graham & Tom from Custom Chrome the guys know their stuff. Very welcoming, kept me informed each step of the way. All you can drink coffee on offer lovely too. Sorry bit of a caveman about how to supply a image to you guys.
thanks Sembi

Muffler? Deleted?

I suspect you mean that your silencer has been removed.

Never a good idea to draw a scarf on a car.

Yes of course I'm sorry about that, the BMW M5 board and MPower on pistonheads use the term muffler delete.

I knew a guy with an E39 M5 and my only disappointment with it was that the exhaust was too quiet. On the other hand, the induction noise was to die for.

The car sounds amazing now, loud but not enough to annoy the neighbours, significant saving on weight the M5 boxes were really heavy.
