A friend of mine posted a video to my Facebook timeline (snapshot below). My wife looked over my shoulder and said, "is that an MX-5?"

She may have a point...

One of my friends asked me if my Chim was an MG, I was not impressed to say the least but he wasn't a car person.

I like it when people ask if its a two litre and you turn around and say no 4 litre V8. Always makes me smile

Many years ago, I was reverse parking my first Chimaera into a fairly tight spot on a south coast city side street.

As the roof was off I overheard two blokes talking as they walked past.

One said to the other "Hey, is that an MX5?"

His mate replied: "Nah, it's an Aston Martin".

My girlfriend thinks these are a mini Chimaera..and with the bolt on LS conversion kit they go alot better .

You can buy a full bolt on kit to convert it .
