What are the best PC games on the market at the moment?
I have ordered Fear 3, as I enjoyed the previous ones but am unsure with regard to the BF3 and COD etc?

Seriously, what sort of games are you into? Everyone is into different genres of gaming. Personally, I like FPS and strategy games so I'm looking at Aliens: Colonial Marines and Crysis 3, which are out in the next few weeks. Farcry 3 is already out and very good.

FPS are probably more down my alley.
Will order FC3 and Crysis, I think I played the original Crysis a far few years ago.
Thanks.
+1 for FC3. It is awesome and only 20 quid now. Will order FC3 and Crysis, I think I played the original Crysis a far few years ago.

Farcry 3 is a good choice. Crysis was a great game, Crysis 2 was a bit lost IMO being more 'on rails' to suit the console crowd. Crysis 3 is promising to be more akin to the original, which is good. Will order FC3 and Crysis, I think I played the original Crysis a far few years ago.

Also worth checking out Hitman Absolution, Assassin's Creed 3 and having a mooch on Steam. Hitman and Creed aren't FPS, but rather 3rd person action games. Worth trying to find a demo to see if you like them before buying.
Steam is worth having a look through as they tend to have some good sales on and access to demos, so you can try out a few different games before buying.
I'm in the minority, but I'm not a big fan of COD or Battlefield. I find them to have poor single player campaigns and the multiplayer can be a real grind fest.
If you haven't played the first one, Borderlands 2 is worth a look. FPS, but cell shaded. A great game if you haven't played the first one as it tends to get repetitive.
