My driver's seat belt buckle has broken. The pin in the buckle is not holding the seat belt in place.
Has anyone had the same problem and managed to fix it?
Does anyone know or able to suggest a place to get a suitable replacement?
Also does the seat need to come out to replace the buckle?

Thanks

Ive had this problem in 3 out of 4 of my tivs, twice it just needed for the buckle to be either pushed forward or back. The buckle seems to get forced open by bolt and seat. This frees it off. It is possible to change buckle with seat still fitted move seat forward until the gap at side of seat opens slightly and pop plastic bolt cover off and remove bolt.I used Track V road to order me a new buckle.
Good luck pm me if you need a chat through in detail.

Hi Farmer, I had this problem in December in Germany.
Apart from having to drive from the airport in snow, when I got to my apartment I couldnt get the seatbelt to release.
Took me 30 minutes silly

I had to laugh but still had to fix the problem before I could drive home.
The buckle anchor is bolted to the seat and so I removed the drivers side and swaooed the passenger anchor to the drivers side.
I was quite easy with just a spanner. Bolts were about 70mm long, never thought they would end???

The anchor and seatbelt come as one part so I have a spare belt now.
