What car recommendations?

Hi all,
Im after some advice from the fellow PH'ers. The reason I have posted here is due to there being so much variation on what people drive.
Here is my current situation, I have £7000 to spend. I currently drive a BMW E36 328 Coupe. I now have some cash that I want to spend on a new motor. I have had the BMW for 4 years and its been great but the car now being 17 years old its time for a change.
Im looking for something nice looking, pretty quick and has a good interior. Preferably leater/half leather and just in general a nice place to be with a few gadgets coming from the bog standard E36. I'm not to bothered about fuel consumption, I am 25 with 4 years NCB so insurance wont be that much of an issue to be honest. I am not ruling diesels out but would prefer a petrol. But am open to suggestions.
A friend of mine is buying my E36 and will be picking it up the weekend. Im off work on 18 days at the moment, so dont need a car asap. I dont want to rush things, but will need something in the next 2 weeks or so.
What i've been looking at:
Nissan 350z GT
E46 Msport Coupe
CIvic Type R GT
JCW Mini Cooper
I have come across similar posts before and you PHers have been very helpful. If anyone can suggest a few motors i'd be more than greatful.
