You cant pass one of these as such! they are a way of determining things other than technical knowledge.

They can be very clever. Results based upon how many you answer and then, correctly.

There are some good online examples.

Nearly always SHL based ones.

You are scored against your typical peer group (in theory).

Unfortunately, some companies now use them prior to interview. They were conceived to be used part of an overall assessment.

Advice - "Practice makes perfect"

A certain psychometric test company that I have worked with - I understand they use their own test on their recruits, especially in senior management. I have never seen a more dysfunctional bunch of sociopaths/psychopaths as a management team, ever.

In constructive advice, plenty of online tasters - do them all to understand the general approach and feel comfortable. There is no "pass" - they are looking for indicators to support their decision only (hopefully)

You are confusing aptitude and psychomtric

If they are testing you on estimation, following instructions and suchlike then these presumable have a solid score, pass fail marking system.

True psychometrics tests are looking for patterns that show both your personality, working preferences and intellect (not learnt knowledge)

Different things. To pass your tests, sounds like you need to KNOW stuff.
