Griffith Rear Lights
Discussion
I've seen something similar....I think eff eff had his lights changed recently...see toward end, grey 500SE here Growl 2012
The Zertec (Clive) lights for the Griff, IIRC, were a lot like the one's that were used in the last LE Griffs. I do know that they were nothing like the ones in the first post. Zertec also called their lights Afterburners and there was a thread along time ago as to whether Clive or Fibreon were the original.

that light aint the same as any yet posted...... it's an all in one brake/indicator and any thing else light..... is it a real photo or photoshop... only ask as something looks odd about it .. the line around the light .
looks wrong to me even it is real....... I love the sharp angle recess of the original, one of the nicest angles to view the car from is 45 deg off the rear IMHO

some more 'strange' lights

This speed six Griff design is excellent - It looks like they finally designed the lights rather than adding them as an after-thought. If gives the rear of the car a quality presence...I would like to see that now if it still exists...it seems to be really really good compared to all of the others.

Interestingly I disagree. The original rear lights were designed, with the inset edge of the lens picking up on the scalloped leading edge of the doors - a nice touch. People get hung up about the fact that they are upside-down Cavalier units, I like that, it's a subtle nod to TVRs past designs. The pepper-pots are a weak attempt to "modernise" the lights by aligning them with the Tuscan's and IMO it doesn't work. As for the Speed Six rear lamp cluster, it looks like they felt the need to do something different but couldn't think what, again IMO it fails because it leaves too large an area of the rear bodywork blank where the lamps should obviously be placed. Shame they felt the need to tinker because that's just what it looks like - tinkering.Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

Great looking Griff, but those light surrounds.
