Cars you keep finding yourself going back to
Discussion
I sometimes wonder why people repeatedly buy the same model (and spec) of car, i'm normally of the opinion that once you're done with a car (as a model/spec) you should try something else, there's so many cars out there.
Then I remember there really isn't that many that fit someones personal criteria, and i'm guilty of it myself.
Have had 2 Alfa 145 Cloverleafs (with a 5 year gap) and loved them, but each time tell myself 'never again, try another hot hatch' - But, alas...I find myself looking at a 3rd for a fun runabout once i'm done with uni and commute (the v12 may prove a little thirsty for that)
The engine sounds gorgeous, they're surprisingly reliable, good value, good fun, I like the styling and you can drive like your pants are on fire and still return over 30mpg. Brilliant.
What cars do you find yourself repeatedly going back to? and why?

It's another Alfa,
156GTA - every time I think of changing a car - I always have a drool over them - should really just go and buy another one one day. Why - once it's been fertled slightly - Q4, a filter & a slight remap with a RHB suspension setup it's awesome. gorgeous piece of metal, lovely inside too - and the noise - and the fact that it pulls like a train to the red line ... Ahh that Busso v6.
Reality says - it's an old alfa - must be heading for 8+ years old - and I want a convertible for a second car - and the GTV just doesnt cut it.
B***t**d - classifieds here I come, waste an hour or two drooling.. ;-)
