Can anyone tell me what spec the Caterham Supersport cams are in terms of lift and duration?

There are couple of different profiles, they are 9.6mm lift with around 266 degrees duration.

On a proper super sport ECU they should be timed..

Inlet 60 thou lift at TDC
Exhaust 50 thou lift at TDC

You can increase the overlap a little at the expense of a heavy idle.
