Full polybush kit

Leven droplinks and Willow suspension bush heatshields

And my favourite biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin
Brand new Nitrons

Its my little project over the next month to take all the suspension off, have it all blasted and powder coated then stick it all back together for a complete suspension refresh. Will be replacing balljoints and track rod ends too most likely.

I'll be posting pictures of the progress in another thread hopefully starting Sunday. Wish me luck!

I was thinking about giving my Griff 500 a birthday and refreshing the original suspension system, I had a geometry check and adjust last autum and the car feels very good and is neutral with no real niggles.

I would be interested to hear if the car is really "transformed" as some people claim or if a well adjusted original setup is more than enough for road driving.

Keep us posted on the results and how you rate the upgrade.

Yeah I said that to them when I phoned up about them. They need to update the site. Give them a call they are made up ready to go. Best sit down when you pay though...

Think I'd better check my shift pattern, I missed last years event due to work, first one since I've had the car.

The money is no doubt in the rosejoints. There's rosejoints and there's rosejoints.

Only noticed this post on Friday and having seen the Leven drop links at the weekend I can assure you they aren't day light robbery.

Sure you can buy the bits and make your own but you're not comparing like for like so it's a pointless comparison.

Fortunately Leven now do them for the later cars - cerb/tam/tuscan/etc ( http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/parts-and-p... )so I know what I'll be having fitted when mine goes in.

Oh, and no silicon required smile

(I've no connection to Leven)
