Got home last night to NIP number one.
Got home tonight to NIP number two.
They're in a 30 zone and both in the same minute.
Any advice on how to respond, they can't be more than 200 yards apart on the same road.

There was a similar post a couple of weeks ago, had a quick look, but sorry I can't find it. Have a hunt around.

I think the consensus was that if it was the same camera, you should only really get done once.

If it's from two separate cameras, that might be a different matter.

Try Citizen's Advice or free first hour with a solicitor - or even better, hope DVD picks up on the thread.

Thanks. I've had a dig around back to start of August but nothing obvious. I can accept getting hit once but twice! Can anyone else remember previous posts?

If there are no other grounds for contesting either of them then consider writing back to them to say that you will accept one Conditional Offer but not two because the time and distance indicate that only one offence was committed.

Refer them to what Stone's Justice Manual (The lawyers Bible) says on "Duplicity" under Mags. Courts : Criminal proceedings.

If you can find that post mentioned by Dibble there is more on this.
