Does any one have a spare dash and heater panel that I can borrow. Need to measure them and produce a cad version for an idea. Beer tokens on offer as always.

I've got a dash but not the heater panel. Would be interested in a copy of the heater panel drawing as payment for loan of he dash as its the one thing that hasn't been done and it annoys me. Where are you Peter?

I'm in west london fub's, I think I should be able to measure the smaller one I think. In the car. Just don't want to strip my dash apart again and remove my gauges.

I have these somewhere, current whereabouts unknown, probably in a box somewhere in the garage.

Will have a look and let you know!

I have a brand new heater panel that I am keeping just in case anything happens to the one in the car but your welcome to borrow it. Also I have a mate who lives in Shepherds Bush so could get it to there no problem

Well the plan is to do the cad drawing and get a couple made up out aluminum the one for myself to have one anadized blue. See how it comes out and see how it looks.

I currently have the stainless and whilst I like it thought blue would look good

Panels are not in the garage. Have a feeling that they're in my storage unit. Will have a look during the week and let you know. smile

and heres my idea

Aluminum dash anodized blue

same sort of blue as my hubs, was told when i had them done that to get the deeper blue its just a case of leaving them in there longer

And to get different finished of the blue, could either polish the panels, have them done with a pattern, or brushed
