Hi, picked up the new Tiger today and everything's great so far. One little issue is that the brake pedal stands WAY too far out from clutch and throttle. To get across from throttle to brake I have to lift my heel as bend my leg to move my foot across.

Is there any adjustment in this? If so how?

What Tiger is it?
It most likely has a separate brake pushrod which needs to be cut down in your case.

It's an Avon. Looks like the pedal is pretty much straight into the master?

What about heating/bending/cutting/ welding the pedal?

If the pushrod is very short and no adjustment can be made there spacing the master cylinder further away from the pedal would be prefered to heating/bending the pedal.

Yep that's the conlusion i've come to today.

I've removed the seats and made my squabs, done some other little tidying up jobs and I decided I needed to space the master cylinder out.

Are there off the shelf spacers on the market or is it a fabrication job?

Sorry for asking all these questions on here, can't get the locost site to verify my email!

Cheers

Washers? I guess it depends how far? If it needs to move a lot A fabbed spacer. Never seen one for sale. Time for the drill and angry grinder I would say :-)
