I was browsing some thread awhile back and the racing boys said something about our dif giving the impression of slip at high revs/ speed. If a race dif was fitted would it be useless on the road. Can anyone remind me what the facts are, I can't find the thread! It sounded very intmeresting but at the time I was more concearned with getting me girl working than how fast I can get her going. Now I want Power grip the flaming lot!

Mine give the impression of slip at hi speed and hi revs, or maybe I'm just loosing traction biggrin
Not very confidence inspiring when the wheels spin at 100mph

Exactly, yes it's to do with how the torque gets delivered, I remember thinking st I've got clutch slip then I'm at a 45 deg angle on a motorway at 100 something, couldn't believe it, then felt great, it weren't clutch slip lol lol lol. This is the very point I remember now, so a road dif is harder to detect wheel spin caused by torque, infact it makes it worse sort of delivers it in harsh spurts, please someone make sence of my usual confusion. It's probably just more limited slip?
