I had the pleasure of going to Saudi Arabia to watch a round of the Porsche GT3 Cup Championship.

Crazy track, epic racing and the Saudi Falcons cars look the nuts... thanks to an Andy Blackmore design.

Well done Phil. Despite spending quite some time Riyadh I never got round to visiting the circuit. Are there many non-locals attending the event as I heard rumours that the track is essentially a Princes playground?

Circuit is great and was pretty busy. Far busier than the Autodrome. I was one of about 10 non locals.

A great circuit to drive (spent all day Friday hacking around in a race car) and you can't really call it a princes playground. Yes it has aspects of Ascari, but it also hosts plenty of racing.

Yeah. ATF came and sat with myself and a friend for the rest of the race.
