I kind of find it a bit fast and furious....but oddly it doesn't offend me - i'm confused as a result

I mean I usually don't even like aerokits!

Not for me thanks, the matte black wrap is okay but the bodykit is horrid IMO.

I feel for that cayman in the same way that I do when I see a dog dressed up in stupid doggy clothes.

I suspect the owner believes that sticking that stuff all over it is wicked or sick or something?

Or "Phat"

I remember this really annoying kid at uni who used to call everything "Phat". We had an amusing argument when a pretty girl walked into the room and he said "that girl is Phat"

No, his car has a much more subtle set of mods.

I think it must be the roof air intake but it reminds me of...

Same front bumper and rear wing, just onside body kit or roof vent.

It's their cars so if they like them who cares, I like my gt3 but my mum thinks the wing looks chavy, each to their own I say.

A bit more subtle. Personally I think the Monaco one is a bit OTT but then again, pot kettle black.

I am usually in the minority on the TechArt/RuF/etc. horror thread, but you are completely right. Each to their own. Also its not just about styling, the TechArt kits are usually accompanied by suspension, brakes and engine upgrades and when your on the track who cares what it looks like.

Reckon it looks a bit naff & distasteful - it HAS got the obligatory slapper in the passenger seat though!

I actually like the black one. Don't know why and I wouldn't pay any extra for it but I do think it sits nice.
I think you can get away with certain things more abroad though. I don't know if it's the climate and the lifestyle or what?

For example I think Harleys in this country are naff things ridden by terminator/hells angel wannabes, yet if I lived in Miami or Florida I'd probably have one (preferably an American Chopper modded one). smile

I really like the white one too. Much more aggressive looking than a standard Cayman and I'd own that even in this country.
I dunno, some days I'm a purist, others I'm like a boy racer.
