Importing Car to NZ

I'll be moving to NZ for 2-3 years from April. I want to take my manual 2004 V8 S4 Avant if poss as there's not much choice of interesting cars there. I've been asked to 'advise the emission standard of the Audi ie Euro 2003 Euro 2004'. Anyone any idea what that is (or indeed if there's a reason my car shouldn't comply?). It also has a non res militek - are there noise tests it might fail?

There are a lot of interesting cars there.. but then again, you drive an Audi, so..

Speak to Audi and they should be able to give you the emissions spec.

As for noise limits and non-standard cars, check the Land Transport NZ website. That should give you the requirements.
