Seeing as tomorrow is pancake day just wondering what people like on their pancakes?

Am thinking sliced banana and toffee sauce for me - kind of like banoffee pancakes.

eww, broc on a pancake, that sounds horrible.

I have suger and squeezy lemon, and sometimes squeezy lemon and some type of maple syrup.

and yes, I have long ago found an egg free pancake recipe that looks and tastes exactly the same as a normal eggy one.

We had Canadian friends that came to visit and the kids fell in love with Lyons Golden Syrup. So every year we get given a great big bottle of Maple in exchange for Lyons syrup.

Fine by me.;)
