Cerbera owners West Yorks/East Lancs
Discussion
Hi there,
I've been in the TVR fraternity for just over a year but this is my first post on the Cerbera forum. Essentially my treasured 450 Chimaera met a sticky end on the motorway (pothole -> blow out ->central reservation)before Christmas. I've finally settled with the insurance company and am looking for a replacement. Initially I was trawling the classifieds for another Chimaera but it's difficult finding one as good as my old one and I feel like a change so am considering making the move to a cerbera (would also allow me to take wife and child out on the weekend rather than just being on my lonesome!)
Having owned a Chimaera and spent lots of time working on it I am aware of some of the usual TVR foibles but I have never had a good look at a cerbera in the flesh.
Are there any Cerb owners up north (West Yorks/ East Lancs) who would be willing for me to pop around and have a chat / look at their pride and joy? I'm just hoping it might give me some pointers for when buying one of my own.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks,
Simon.

Wow - thanks for all the replies & PMs!
I'm in Halifax (well Ripponden just off junction 22 m62).
Unfortunately 90% of the Cerbs for sale seem to be South of the M4!
Was really leaning towards the V8s, a 4.5l if I can stretch to a decent one.
Saw this 4.2l for sale in Sheffield on Autotrader. Seems ok, especially as it has a new clutch etc, except for the lexus rear lights.Pictures are terrible though- makes me wonder how bad the paintwork must be!

I will probably have a look after I've caught up with one of you guys.
Cheers,
Simon
