Saturday before last received a phone call from bt manpower about a Call Centre Job I applied for..
They offered me a telephone interview the following Monday.. So on Monday I phone them and answered all the relevant questions.. to which I passed the phone interview and got told I'd have to do an online test..
That night I completed the first 15 minute part of the test and passed successfully then I completed the second part of the test which was 45 minutes.
The following day I got a phone call saying id passed the test and could I fill out another application form with referees, So I did and I sent it in.
To which I then got a phone call saying that was fine and could I attend a face to face interview on Friday just gone, to which I replied of course I can.

To cut a long story short, when I got there I was told the job which starts on the 11th is full and could I start on the 25th to which I said yes I can, They then made me fill out different forms such as shift patterns id like, and confidentiality agreements, They Also Photocopied All My Identification, The next step was for me to listen to the BT calls for an Hour and a Quarter to see if I could handle the role, Then the Manpower manager came to collect me and asked me the Relevant Interview Questions to which I answered them all very good with true answers and very confidently. The interview went very well.. even to the point of when he was walking to the main door of the building he was telling me about the salary and asking did the office have copies of my identification, he also asked was it okay to reach me on the number I provided...

Anyway he then said he would call me within the hour..
Three days later and I'm still waiting...

What should I do about this? as I would of rather been told either way, Especially after being told a time he would phone me..?

Any advice is appreciated...

I would be inclined to give them a call if it has been a few days to ask for an update.
You seem to have gone through a fair bit so I think it would be rude for them not to have the courtesy to inform you of the process.

Yes, that's exactly the time one should try and contact a business.

Yes just call them and ask when you can expect to hear if you were successful.

Rang them direct this morning...
Got asked who took the interview, I was then told the man who took the interview was out of the office and could I phone back in an hour...
I did phone back and the woman said that the man had been in and gone back out and that either him or definitely her would phone me back by the end of today...

Still waiting...
