Greater Anglia - delay repay question

Might be a stupid question but does anyone here use delay repay on the trains ?

If so then my question is around the form that you can print from Greater Anglia's website (but assume its the same for most other rail franchises). It prints two sided which is fine, with the reverse being the FREEPOST address, but can I just fold and send this in the normal post ? Its obviously not an evelope when you print it yourself so wondering if it will make it through the system ? I have stapled the form in half so that my application details are covered and that it looks more like an envelope but still unsure !

(hopefully someone can help - just about had enough of Greater Anglia's service - first time I am claiming after 6 years of travel !)
