Goes to show that blue was a bad choice for the press car - no-one likes it particularly.

Yes I watched that at the weekend. The production values on that are great (especially compared with his video during his trip to England)

Might this be the same car that Top Gear used on their recent show?

I like Jay Leno more now - he does "get" the car. The thing is, I think most people do these days.

'Most people' seem to whinge that it's not powoerful enough and cite the statistics of the F12b or the Aventador.

It bugs me too when people do that. 565bhp is more than enough for a car like this! I'd like to see them extract more performance from other areas - i.e. gearbox, weight saving etc etc

Plus the F12b and Aventador (I really don't get why anyone would compare it to the Aventador) aren't exactly rivals. They're £100k+ more.

4 wheels, expensive, V12... and they're stupid. I suppose the consideration is, you only have the money for one expensive car this year. So you might look at both and choose between them. Possibly.

When I first saw the pics of the Vanquish, I wasn't sure about it (mainly the big carbon moustache) but after TG and now this, the look of it is really growing on me. This car is quickly rising in the ranks of things I most want to own.

Tested a v8vr yesterday and they had four of the Vanquish there in black. Wasn't sure at first, but after a few minutes of soaking them in (superb interior), they seemed to get more beautiful, even though black is not my favourite colour.
