Banana bread in a Panasonic breadmaker
Discussion
Don't have a machine, but made banana bread by hand at the weekend.
Lets see if I can remember how I did it.
Sainsburys white bread mix. (honest it was to save time..)
150g of mashed banana (was about 1 & 1/2 mushy bananas)
200ml semi skimmed milk
50ml orange juice
~ 30ml runny honey
quite a wet mix - but came out lovely in the end.
And yes I realise this is'nt what would be called a classic banana bread recipe, but it's sweet and banana-y tasting
good luck
