I know nothing of low emmission zones (ultra or otherwise) but leaving London has got to be a good idea.

If this is implemented, there had better not be any exemptions for taxis and buses since these are what produce most of the NOx that causes the pollution issues.

I like Boris, but this is a really stupid idea.

On the ITV news just now they mentioned how Ken was going to introduce a £25 charge for 4x4s in 2008. Then they showed a clip from '08 with Boris saying what a daft idea it was.

Maybe 9% of the deaths where people who couldn't take living in such a sthole any longer and attached a hosepipe to their exhaust...
