Track days what spare?
Discussion
More about preparation before you go and then how you manage the track day.
Before you go:
Spanner check car
Oil topped up to highest mark when cold (but don't overfill)
Check for for any coolant leaks and (part of spanner check) and top up if required
Check PSF
Check condition of disks/pads and replace as necessary
Ensure correct brake fluid is being used (eg AP Racing 5.1)
Check tyre conditions and pressure.
At the track day
Check tyre pressures/oil and water (again)
Do warm up lap to get tyres, brakes and engine up to temp. No heavy braking.
10-15mins of hot laps
Cool down lap - highest gear pos,min brake use.
Park up in-gear with handbrake OFF
Open rear clam to help recuce temps
Leave for at least 30 mins before going out again and repeating warm-up etc.
If you do all the above, you shouldn't need any sapres. Enjoy

Hi Neil , I normaly carry :
For UK days
1 litre of engine oil
1/2 litre bottle brake fluid
Tyre pressure gauge
Infa red temp gauge
Assorted tools
Cable ties and tape
Socket set
Small trolley jack
For EU days I also carry
Bosche 044 fuel pump
Spark plugs
Spark plug coil
Water pump belt
Main aircon belt
So far in 3 years I've had to cut a water pipe shorted as it started to leak and remove a rear wheel to disconnect the handbrake cable as it melted and would not release !!
