why was the original topic closed. It is not an old accident as some people think it is totally seperate from the other one`s that people think it is.
Are the p/h hierarcy now condoning hit and run. All I was trying to do is get some scum bag of the road.

Also it is off the bbc so is out in the public domain, SO WHY.

I think it was a genuine mistake by the mod who closed your thread, I've clicked report & hopefully it will be reopened. (maybe we could do with names of Cities in the titles?)

ETA - actually the first thread is unlocked now, so perhaps tht would be the better one to run with?
