bleeding brakes at the weekend ended up splitting resovoir using an ezee bleed kit, ive brought another one of flea bay with a manifold attached , is it possible to seperate and just use the resovoir ,because i dont fancy pulling the peddle box out it would be easier to just push down the new resovoir down through the resovoir hole, has any of you do this

Yes its quite a tough pull but it just comes off.

When you use the easi bleed kit you are supposed to let the tyre down quite a bit - did you use it fully inflated?

Yes it will split but it will take some doing especially with the limited room. Tis doable though. I would remove cover from inner wing and go in there with a screwdriver and try and pry them apart. It is only held with 2 rubber o rings but like i say a tight fit.

i only used 20psi but did not notice a grazing mark on res like a file mark was going well until res gave way and started pumping brake fluid everywhere

That res was failing anyway if it had stress cracks in it already, seen this before on the TVR this is not helped by the under bonnet temps on these cars as this does not happen on the source car Fiesta's, just remember to lube the nipples of the new bottle with a smear of brake fluid/brake grease when you push it home, and dilute any spilt brake fluid with plenty of warm water don't just wipe it/spread with a rag eek water never did any harm to paint wink
