Totally repairable matey. I've had wheels with much worse damage repaired in the past.
Totally agree its repairable! I too have seen a fair few of these fail, Ive also seen even more go on and give trouble free motoring.
The ones I have seen fail, its not so much the weld that fails its the surrounding alloy, which in your case isnt so bad, meaning its not a cracked spoke. You also need to be very careful with the whole powder coat process after a weld as the acid dip can cause fractures if not done properly.
Get the tyre taken offf and then take it to your local refurb places, get plenty of quotes and ask to look at the work they're doing. I'm about to take one of my Zenkeis to be straightened and repaired so I'll post the results on here and forward the address of the place that did it for you.
