Towing a mans Aston away is beyond the pale so you can understand him being upset ...

He worked on the same rig as me for a bit. Top bloke!
We were talking about bikes and he showed us pics of his in the living room. Mainly because the Aston was filling the garage.

He bought a cheaper house so he could have cooler cars!

He did seem to get into a fair bit of trouble though.

I assume it was the parking wardens fault he'd parked illegally? spin
I wouldn't want my car to be towed, but then I wouldn't park it and leave it unattended on double yellows either.

Looks a rough kind of character!

Good to see the traffic wardens doing their job, they should stand beside Starbucks on Schoolhill perminantly to stop people stopping for their Mocha's!

If he'd come back to his car then what was the point in towing it away?

It's an abridged version of the story on the website.

IIRC, it said in the paper that the wardens had checked back with base and there were a number of unpaid parking fines associated with the car.

Allan was in my class at school, he can be a decent bloke but I think there are some underlying anger issues there unfortunately which seems to get him in trouble,

Its a bit silly really but because of the car it made front page news.
