Need gearbox help

A strange noise is coming out of my 90se gearbox, when I put the car in reverse when the car is warm a rattling humming noise appears when car is cold there is no noise, also when I put the car into 1, 2 gear and give gas and than take my foot off the peddle without shifting up the same noise appears, the noise is coming from the rear of the gearbox the very end of the gearbox I know that because I lifted the rear and put it in reverse and heard the noise, Any clue what can it be bearings or something loose inside? thank you Alain.

No expert here but to state the obvious, strange noises from the gearbox is not good.
Are you sure it's definitely the gearbox and not something loose around it?
Have you checked the fluid level and what gear oil are you running?
You might try changing the gear oil to the recommended stuff if you don't know what's in it but it's pretty unlikely that will solve your problem.
You need to have it looked at as soon as you can. If it is a gearbox problem it will only get worse and more expensive to fix the longer you wait.
