...following on from the TV programme on last night. This is the biggee, what is the thing that most winds you up that you would put in Room 101?

..its a tough call, but I tend to be with Jo Brand on this one. People who dont thank you when you pull in behind a parked car on your side of the road to let them pass through really does rile me. Just ahead of people who don't indicate on roundabouts, particularly the masses that dont do a right signal these days and the selfish bds who dont flash people across who are trying to turn right into a side road even when a trail of cars are building up behind that car...basically with me its selfish driving, rather than outright slow or fast that gets me going..

So lets 'ave it people, whats your room 101?

Being stuck behind someone slow with no way of getting past; People who take the right hand lane for straight on at a roundabout; poor lane discipline.

I think just everyone else really.

Bad manners, be it the who cuts you up, then gives you two fingers. People who have no idea about indication. Those who are so arrogant they wont let you through,in,round because you might be in front of them. People who flash their headlights because you haven't moved over for them.

I would "101" anyone who is not interested in driving and cannot see the point of taking pride in the whole thing.

Think people who say "it's only a car" or "it's only to get from a to b" or the worst one "I don't know anything about cars hehehehe".

People like this are the ones who cannot park, drive round with windows steamed up, snow on the roof, bald tyres and never say thanks, read the road or keep left on motorways.

101 the lot and the roads would be a great place.

People who don't dip their headlights.
DRLs.
People who don't switch off full beam when passing on a country lane.
People who don't dip their headlights. Worth mentioning twice.

Drivers who don't know how to position their car at junctions, thereby blocking the progress of others.

Also any regurgitated version of the tedious Room 101 TV show.

If it was purely about motorway driving, I would agree with Bill Turnbull. Middle lane morons are top of the list for me, closely followed by people who cannot prepare themselves properly for making their exit junction, cue late cutting in, heavy braking etc

Normal roads would be as mentioned above: Arrogant drivers, no indication and no acknowledgement from others when letting them through narrow congested streets.

Resisting the urge to say MLMs, people who get into lane waaaaaay too early (e.g. preparing to turn right at next DC roundabout and so get into lane 2 over a mile in advance) and in doing so hold up everyone else.

About 99% of car drivers in the UK. That's basically "people on their phones", "people that obstruct the flow of traffic", "people that can't judge the speed of a corner so brake for no reason", "people that use the wrong lane(s) on motorways", "people who sit two inches off my bumper", "people who use the 'safe gap' as an express lane to their destination".

If the job for "sit on a motorway bridge with a GAU-8 cannon to shoot badly driven vehicles" ever comes up, I'm going to be the first in the queue for it.

+1 yes

And if I could add;

That strange driving position adopted by part-time bouncers and tribal-tattooed wideboys, where they hunch over to the centreline of the car and hold the wheel at 11 o'clock with the right hand.

Try it sometime, and you'll find you have very little control of the car, yet I see this virtually every day. Is it the latest trend on Facespace or summink?
