Do Bitches have Adams Apples?

Just noticed a lump on our collie/GSD bh. It's about where an Adam's apple and around the same size. I've never noticed one on previous dogs we have owned.

I felt something akin to this on my female patterdale. Don't know if it's an adams apple like we have though.

I honestly don't know the answer to this one. I suppose all I can say is if you've never felt/noticed it on her before may a check up would be a good idea. They do have anatomy that can feel knobbly in that area (esp slim dogs) but it's difficult to know if what you are feeling is normal for her.
